A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
The mission of Charles Evans Center (CEC) is to provide high-quality, comprehensive healthcare to underserved community members with limited incomes including those with autism, learning and developmental disabilities and behavioral and mental health concerns.
Overseen by culturally sensitive, credentialed medical staff, our patient-centered approach, high-quality primary and specialty services are provided regardless of a patient’s background or ability to pay.
